Most routine tests — full blood count, malaria, typhoid, urinalysis, blood sugar, genotype and blood group — are ready the same day, usually within 2 to 6 hours. Specialised tests such as hormonal assays, PCR and histopathology take between 24 hours and 5 working days, and we tell you the exact turnaround time before collection.

Fasting is required for fasting blood sugar, lipid profile and some hormonal tests — you should not eat for 8 to 12 hours before the sample is taken, but you may drink plain water. Most other tests, including full blood count, malaria, genotype and HIV screening, do not require fasting. Ask us when booking and we will confirm for your specific test.

Yes. Our trained phlebotomists can come to your home, office or hospital bedside to collect samples anywhere within Akure and nearby parts of Ondo State. Call or WhatsApp us to schedule a collection time; results are then delivered by email, WhatsApp or pickup.

Yes. You can choose to receive your report by email or WhatsApp, or collect a printed copy at the laboratory. All results are released confidentially to you or the referring doctor only.

Yes. We accept referrals from hospitals, clinics, private practitioners and NGOs, and we can send results directly to the referring clinician. We also handle bulk and corporate testing for schools, churches and companies.

Absolutely. All patient data and test results are treated as strictly confidential and released only to you or to a clinician you authorise. Sensitive tests such as HIV screening are handled with full privacy and pre- and post-test counselling where needed.

Every sample goes through strict internal quality control, our analysers are regularly calibrated, and all testing is performed by certified medical laboratory scientists. Where a result is unexpected or clinically significant, we repeat the test before releasing it.

Yes. We provide pre-employment screening, medical fitness certification, visa and travel medicals, and food handler tests for individuals and organisations. Most fitness packages are completed within one visit.

Bring your doctor's request form (if you have one) and a valid means of identification. If your test requires fasting, come in the morning without eating. For urine or stool tests we provide sterile sample containers at the laboratory.
